I have a old school Remington 870 police magnum. The shotgun is dated back to 1973. I got it having only fired 50 rounds. It is in beautiful condition. I added some add on's so as to turn it into the altimate fighting shotgun. Knowing that it has a reputation for unmatched reliability. It has a Tacstar side saddle added, a set of Scattergun/Trijicon shotgun night sights and a magazine extention. I also added a competition follower. I built this gun with the intention of training, things just did not work out. I have put a total of 50 rounds through it. A new 870 goes for R19000 in a standard configuration, the sight alone cost R3000 on this shotgun, and the new Remington 870 has nowhere close to the same build quality.
