 DAILY FEES:
Hunter : bed & light breakfast
Chalets : per person sharing R600-00 per night
Suits : per person sharing R750-00 per night
*There is a minimum of 2 hunters per booking. (Long weekends will be reserved for
big groups unless the hunting group hunt more the R15000.00 )
 
Catering services:
-Hunters start up is already included with your accommodation.(Coffee, muffins, rusks, yoghurt, cereal and fruit salad)
-Any alcoholic beverages should be brought along by the group.
 
Daily hunting fee :
R1300-00 /day *Per group, NOT per hunter includes for the following :
- Game retrieving vehicle
- Game retrieving dogs
- Field preparation of trophies
- Cold room facilities
- Wood
- Cleaning staff (Everyday) - Game drive (Only once hunting is finished)
- Barge cruise (Only once hunting is finished)
 
Daily fees include for hunters and non-hunters :

The hunt is all year around. The most comfortable hunting is done in the cooler months, April through August, though.
 
Rifles:
If needed, rifles can be hired. Rifle hire per day is R400-00 per rifle (.243 & .308 calibres to choose from).
.243 calibre = R150-00 per bullet.
.308 calibre = R150-00 per bullet.
 
Booking terms:
• 50% Deposit payable within 3 days of booking date or 7 days before date of arrival.
• No refunds in the event of cancellations. Balance payable on arrival.
• Payment in cash or EFT.
• An Indemnity form is to be signed by each guest on arrival.
• Check in after 14:00 on day of arrival. Room to be vacated by 11:00 on the day of Departure (unless otherwise arranged).
Terms and conditions:
• Pay for what is shot.
• Wounded game not found is payable for in full.
• Hunter responsible for species and gender identification. (bow-hunters in hides)
• Penalties are applicable for species and/or gender shot but not on available list.
• Walk and stalk. No Hunting from vehicles. Hides available for bow-hunters only.
• Game shot payable for at end of hunt, in full.
